On behalf of our clients, here are just a few examples of what we've achieved:
- Larry Hales was the lead consultant on the acquisition by AT&T of a $1 billion contract with the U.S. Air Force for worldwide systems integration.
- Grant Thornton, a global advisory firm in 137 countries, and Hales International are strategic advisory partners on the largest project in the history of Iraq.
- Provided Global Affairs and Trade Counsel to multinational corporations, foreign countries and other organizations to advocate their U.S.-based interest in Washington and provide guidance to U.S. corporations and organizations to meet their business challenges abroad.
- Successfully led broad-based Vietnam-era veterans coalition, including lobbying, grassroots, and paid media, to bring about veteran's reform legislation.
- On behalf of a major U.S. telecommunication client, we successfully led a campaign to secure policymaker support to stave off cancellation.
- Led small, 8a, and minority firms' entry into Iraq, successfully securing contracts.
- Quarterbacked corporate client's entry into Asia, Middle East and Africa.
- Played a leadership role in developing and implementing the 2008 veterans strategy and plan that resulted in Democrats winning the state of Virginia.
- Successfully assisted a small startup company in winning and installing a navigational system onboard the USS Coast Guard Flag Ship (USS Eagle).
- Provided the strategy and tactics to Computer Dynamics, 8a firm in their winning a $150-million U.S. Navy contract.
- Successfully served as advisor/consultant to the Department of Defense (DeVenCI), a high level research and development arm for emerging technology.
- Business development advisor to Shine Services, a service disabled veteran-owned company that won the largest contract ever in Veterans Administration history, more than $800 million dollars.
- Larry Hales served as Board Advisor to the Small Business Administration (SBA) in Washington, D.C. on matters involving veterans-owned businesses.
